With over 35 years of Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Cost Engineering experience, Patrick Vessely has worked with numerous global manufacturing companies to help them manage and reduce their product costs.  He started Product Cost Consulting (PCC) to help companies reduce their Cost of Goods Sold, increase margin and shorten time to market.  

 

Pat's experience spans multiple industries including aerospace, automotive, heavy industry, medical, high tech, energy, and consumer goods.  He spent 15 years at Rolls-Royce in Turbine Design, at their Single Crystal foundry, and in their Cost Excellence organization.  He was a multi-year member of the "Million Dollar Club" and a recipient of the "Rolls-Royce Global Engineering Quality Award".  He spent 12 years at aPriori Technologies assisting companies in identifying opportunities to reduce and manage product costs.  Pat is a member of the Society of Product Cost Engineering and Analytics (SPCEA), the Society of Cost Engineers (SCE), and holds 7 US Patents.
